Delivery
Every order is packed by hand without plastic and entrusted to carriers experienced in handling fragile items.
Delivery destinations
We currently deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will consider your request individually.

Preparation and dispatch
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are prepared within 24 to 48 hours in our logistics centre. You receive a confirmation email once Stripe has approved payment, then a second email when your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Packaging
We pack every item in recycled cardboard and kraft paper without plastic bubble wrap. Wooden birdhouses are protected with reinforced corners to withstand transport.
Is your parcel damaged or missing?
