Returns & refunds
Is an item unsuitable? You have 30 days to return it for a refund, well beyond the statutory minimum.
Withdrawal period
The law gives you 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason. At Paradis du Nichoir, we extend this period to 30 days for greater convenience.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused, not installed and returned in its original packaging.
- Items customised to a specific request cannot be returned unless they are faulty or non-compliant.
How to request a refund
1. Contact us
Email us at bonjour@paradis-du-nichoir.com with your order number and refund request.
2. Send the item back
We will provide the return address and instructions within 48 working hours.
3. Receive your refund
Once we have received and checked the returned item, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return postage
Return postage is fully covered by Paradis du Nichoir, whatever the reason for the return.
