Data collected
When an order is placed, the following information is collected through Stripe Checkout: name, email address, delivery address and billing address. No bank card data passes through or is stored by us; it is processed exclusively by Stripe, our payment provider.
The contents of your basket are stored locally in your browser using localStorage, on your device only, and are never sent to our servers before payment.
Purposes of processing
- Processing and tracking orders
- Responding to requests through our customer service
- Meeting our accounting and legal obligations
Legal basis
This processing is based on performance of the sales contract and our legal and accounting obligations, including the retention of invoices.
Retention period
Order data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, then archived in accordance with accounting requirements, including ten years for commercial records.
Recipients
Your data is sent to Stripe as our payment processor. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your personal data, as well as a right to data portability.
